How quickly can XBEN e-bikes be assembled?

XBEN e-bikes can be assembled in 45-60 minutes. For detailed assembly instructions, please refer to the user manual included with your purchase or watch our step-by-step assembly videos on our website.

Can the removable battery be secured and locked on the bike?

Yes. All XBEN e-bikes come with a lock and key system that secures the battery to the frame. You can unlock the battery and take it with you for charging in the office or at home.

Can I use my XBEN e-bike during rainy days?

Yes, our e-bikes are IPx4 waterproof rated. You can ride XBEN bikes in light rain or through puddles without issue. However, we do not recommend riding during heavy rain for safety reasons. Also, avoid using high-pressure jets to clean the bike, as this may damage the electrical components.

Does my XBEN e-bike include a throttle?

Yes, a throttle is included and installed on all XBEN e-bike models. This allows you to ride without pedaling when needed, making starts from a complete stop easier and helping on challenging hills.

What riding modes do XBEN e-bikes have?

XBEN e-bikes offer four riding modes:

Pedal Assist Mode: Use the display to adjust the assist level from 0-5 to meet your needs
Throttle Mode: Use the throttle to power the bike without pedaling
Normal Bike Mode: Turn off the electronic assistance and ride like a regular bicycle
Walk Mode: A slow-speed assist mode (6 km/h) that helps when walking alongside your bike

What is the maximum speed of XBEN e-bikes?

In compliance with European regulations, XBEN e-bikes provide electric assistance up to 25 km/h. The motor will automatically reduce power when this speed is reached, though you can go faster through your own pedaling effort.

What is the range of XBEN e-bikes on a single charge?

Depending on the model, XBEN e-bikes offer a range of 60-100 km on a single charge. Actual range may vary based on factors such as rider weight, terrain, weather conditions, assist level used, and riding style.

How long does it take to charge the battery?

A complete charge of the battery takes approximately 4-6 hours from empty to full. We recommend charging your battery after each use, regardless of the remaining capacity.

Are XBEN e-bikes eco-friendly?

Yes. XBEN e-bikes produce zero emissions during use, making them an environmentally friendly alternative to cars or motorcycles for daily commuting. Additionally, we use sustainable materials where possible in our production process and offer a battery recycling program.

How do I track my XBEN order?

After your order is shipped, we automatically send a confirmation email with tracking information to the email address you provided during checkout. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.

What countries do you ship to?

For e-bikes, we currently ship to Germany, Austria, France, Poland, Belgium, Spain, the Netherlands, and Italy. Our electric motorcycles can be shipped worldwide, though additional customs fees may apply in some regions.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all XBEN products to eligible countries. There are no hidden fees or additional charges.

How long does delivery take?

For e-bikes, delivery takes approximately 5-7 days to the supported European countries from our European warehouse. For electric motorcycles, since they ship directly from our factory, preparation time (secure packaging, documentation) takes about 1 month, with shipping time of 1-3 months depending on the destination.

Can I make changes to my order after it's placed?

Order changes can only be made within 2 hours of placing your order. Please double-check all order details before finalizing your purchase. If you need to make changes after this window, please contact our customer service team immediately, though we cannot guarantee changes will be possible once processing has begun.
