Thank you for choosing XBEN for your electric mobility needs. This document outlines our shipping procedures, delivery timeframes, and important information regarding the delivery of our products.

Processing & Shipping Times

Electric Motorcycles

  • Preparation Time: 1 month (includes secure packaging and preparation of shipping documents)
  • Shipping Time: 1-3 months
  • Delivery Method: Direct shipping from XBEN factory
  • Packaging: All electric motorcycles are securely packed in wooden crates to ensure safe delivery

Electric Bikes (E-Bikes)

  • Processing Time: 1-2 business days
  • Shipping Time: 5-7 days
  • Shipping Location: European warehouse
  • Eligible Countries: We currently only ship e-bikes to:
    • Germany
    • Austria
    • France
    • Poland
    • Belgium
    • Spain
    • The Netherlands
    • Italy

Order Tracking

After your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. This will allow you to monitor the status and location of your shipment.

Shipping Carriers

We work with reputable shipping carriers to ensure the safe and timely delivery of our products. The specific carrier may vary depending on your location and the product ordered.

Customs & Import Duties

Electric Motorcycles

For international shipments of our electric motorcycles, please be aware that you may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges vary by country and are the responsibility of the recipient. XBEN is not responsible for delays due to customs processing.

E-Bikes

As our e-bikes are shipped from our European warehouse to European countries, there are generally no additional customs fees for customers in the eligible countries listed above.

Delivery Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address. XBEN cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect address information.

For electric motorcycle deliveries, please ensure that the delivery location is accessible for large delivery vehicles and that there is adequate space to offload the crated motorcycle.

Delivery Inspection

We recommend inspecting all deliveries at the time of receipt:

  1. Check the packaging for any visible damage
  2. If possible, open and inspect the product while the delivery person is present
  3. In case of visible damage, please document it (take photos) and report it immediately to our customer service team

Delays & Force Majeure

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timeframes, certain circumstances beyond our control may cause delays. These include but are not limited to:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Customs delays
  • Transportation strikes
  • Global shipping disruptions
  • Pandemic-related restrictions

XBEN will make every effort to communicate any known delays to affected customers.
